A Look At The Weekend Ahead - ROH/NJPW shows, NXT Live with Jushin Liger, SummerSlam Extravaganza + more

This weekend is yet another HUGE one for pro wrestling. Across the country there are a number of events going down that are well worthy of note. Most of it centers in Brooklyn, New York this weekend where WWE is going head to head with ROH as WWE hosts NXT Takeover on Saturday Night while ROH hosts Field of Honor featuring NJPW stars on the same night. That's not all though. GFW is also running a TV Taping this weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada with a number of tournament matches taking place. With all that in mind, I decided to put together a list of everything happening this weekend so everyone interested would have a place to reference. I also am doing this to point out how HOT wrestling is right now. It blows my mind sometimes.

It's an extremely loaded weekend and with weekends like this come rumors. Talk of something big happening on Raw this coming Monday Night has begun floating around the internet. What could it be? Who knows! You can only take rumors with a grain of salt, but it's certainly something to keep in mind come Monday Night Raw.

With all the talk about what the top pro wrestling organizations are giving us this weekend brings me to what's to come from me here at the Pro Wrestling Truth blog. It turns out that it's a big weekend for me as well. My SummerSlam thoughts & predictions should be up later tonight. I'll be discussing each match in depth as well as giving my predictions. On top of that, my huge 2015 Battle of Los Angeles Preview/Predictions article in which I collaborated with a number people will be up in the next 24 hours on Guerrilla Fanfare. Not to mention NJPW on AXS tonight featuring the epic Tanahashi/Shibata match from last year which I'm planning to review!

Wrestling is great, isn't it? So much to look forward to in the next three days ALONE. Much less the entire rest of the calendar year. Buckle in, folks. It's gonna be a wild one!
