Commentators:
Excalibur, Chris Jericho, Taz, & Ricky Starks

1) Adam Cole vs. Evil Uno

Uno gets the jobber entrance :/ aka no entrance. But WHATEVER. We know he’s a king. This doesn’t go long at all, though and he doesn’t look so good as a result. That sucks. This was basically just Cole hitting all his stuff on Uno and winning in less than 2-3 minutes.

Match rating - *3/4

Cole cuts a promo after the match. He lists all the people he’s beaten and reminds us all that he’s undefeated. He says he deserves some respect because he’s one of the best wrestlers in the world and has traveled the globe winning world titles. Cole says one thing is certain, he will become AEW World Champion.

Jade Cargill pre-tape. She’s with Mark Sterling. Jade says she’s green.. green like money, and she wants to know who’s next on her show.. That Bitch Show.

2) Sammy Guevara (c) vs. Isaiah Kassidy - TNT Title Match

This is fine enough for what it is. Largely forgettable stuff. I’m glad Isaiah got this shot, but I can’t say I’m clamoring for more from him either. That’s not to say Sammy did much to accentuate him or this match, so it’s not like Isaiah’s fault this wasn’t anything more than run of the mill stuff. Which, for the record, isn’t bad.. it’s just THERE. They do some cool stuff. Guevara retains, even after Andrade comes out to try to cause a distraction.

Match rating - **1/4

After the match, Sammy looks like he’s about to be jumped by Andrade & Matt Hardy but DARBY ALLIN runs down to make the save and gives us an awesome moment as he stares at Sammy’s TNT Title as the heels retreat. God, give me that match.

3) Thunder Rosa vs. Mercedes Martinez

This is a grudge match that I didn’t even know was coming to a head tonight. Rosa is one of the better workers in the women’s division and although it’s Mercedes’ AEW debut she’s been around forever so this was super solid for what it was and better than your average AEW women's contest. Rosa gets the victory after a decent match.

Match rating - **1/2

Back from commercial, Britt Baker chews out Mercedes for losing. She says she sent her to take care of Rosa and she failed. Britt says if she keeps failing she’ll last here even less time than her LAST JOB. OOF. Mercedes bucks up to her, but Jamie Hayter steps in her face. WE LOVE JAMIE.

4) Ricky Starks (c) (w/ Powerhouse Hobbs) vs. Jay Lethal - FTW Title Match

This was a blast. Starks looked fantastic and it makes you wonder how they can’t find a spot for him to compete on TV regularly. Lethal puts in one of his standard performances so there’s good spots and a good pace like always. They run a Hobbs interference tease attempt, Dante Martin shows up and takes out Hobbs with a sick springboard, Lethal goes for Lethal injection and they trade counters. Finally, Lethal looks to hit it again and Starks catches him with his finisher and it looks AWESOME. Cool finish. Starks retains the FTW belt and Dante checks on Lethal to close the show.

Match rating - ***
